Cancellation Policy

Oh no! We’re sad to see you go!

If you would like to cancel your membership, please do so by 11:59 PM PST on the day prior to your renewal date or you will continue to be billed for the following Craft Kit. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund 
We do not accept refunds or returns.
